14 May 2010 - QED appears in 2010 CRO Guide

Following its success in 2009, QED is pleased to announce the publication of its latest Talking Point article and Company profile within the 2010 CRO Guide.  In an article entitled “The challenge of introducing standards in a global environment”, QED’s Director UK Operations, Susan Ollier, talks about the importance of a globally agreed core standard setting out the principals of GCP applicable to all clinical research in humans.  If you are interested in reading QED’s article it can be found here and our profile is located here.   

20 January 2010 - QED awarded Phase III Haematology trial

QED is proud to announce that it has been awarded a phase III trial in patients with severe haemophilia A.  QED will be responsible for the management and monitoring of the trial in the UK at 6 sites.

3 March 2010 - QED awarded Cardiovascular Registry Project

QED has started work on a specialist late phase project for the Medical Affairs team of a major global pharmaceutical sponsor.  The project is a registry survey on patients with Atrial Fibrillation and will be conducted at 15 sites across the United Kingdom.  QED’s Director UK Operations, Susan Ollier, commented “It is fantastic that we have been selected to work on this specialist project that will allow us to demonstrate our knowledge and understanding of conducting later phase research.”
